How Libraries Can Support Successful Jail to Community Transition

The Community Reentry Project (CRP) is a City and County of Denver initiative committed to providing case management, support services, and referrals to help individuals stay out of jail and live successful, independent lives. Participants will learn about the CRP and discuss common strengths and challenges faced, specific resources, effective communication skills, and employment practices used to best serve persons impacted by the criminal justice system.
